What does managed care include?
Hosting, SSL, backups, WordPress and plugin maintenance, security and performance monitoring, plus an agreed allowance for minor updates and support. New features and substantial changes are quoted separately.
How do the two payment arrangements work?
The Professional Website is £695 setup + £65/month, with a 12-month initial care term. Alternatively, it is £99 setup + £95/month for a 24-month minimum. Both cover the same website scope and care. Your proposal confirms when billing starts, the continuation price and renewal or cancellation arrangements before you accept.
Can you help with content, extra pages or an online shop?
Yes. Tell us in the brief and we’ll include the additional work in your quote, or recommend a bespoke project where appropriate. A few additional straightforward pages do not automatically require a bespoke build.
Who owns the website, and can I leave?
Your domain, supplied content and business data remain yours. Our terms set out the licence to use the completed work and our reusable development materials. Your proposal explains notice, any remaining minimum-term payments and transfer arrangements before you accept.
What happens after I send the brief?
We review your requirements and contacts you to clarify the scope and recommend an approach. There is no payment or commitment at this stage. Design for the Professional Website begins after proposal acceptance and the agreed initial payment. Timings depend on the scope and readiness of your content, and are agreed in the proposal.
